Non-Starch Vegetables (high-water

Good with High Starch and High Protein foods, poor with everything
else.

- leafy greens
- onions
- peppers (all)
- parsley, radishes

High-Starch:
Good with Non starch Vegetables, poor with everything else.
- Grains
- pastas
- rice
- corn
- potato (all)
- turnip
- squash
- parsnip

- carrots
- eggplant
- avocado
Fruits:
Poor with everything else, best eaten by themselves.
- Apple
- apricot
- banana
- berries
- cherry
- date
- lemon*
- grapefruit*
- melons (all)*
- mango
- nectarine
- pineapple
- papaya

- plum
- tomato*
- fig
- orange*
* Citrus fruits, tomatoes and melons often do not mix well with
